Answers:
Don't take them regularly, just when its absolutely necessary for you to get a good night sleep. I actually recommend just taking NyQuil, it seems to work better and a bonus- it clears up any congestion, etc. while you are sleeping. I always wake up with drainage so NyQuil stops it. Or benadryl works well too. If you want only a sleep pill, take Tylenol PM. It works really good and I have never experienced side effects from it. Although some sleeping pills are non addictive/habit forming, I have to disagree. Anything that you need to take daily in order to fall asleep has to be habit forming. Just like caffeine, I totally have formed a habit with caffeine. Anyways, just take it when you really need it, like 3 nights a week maximum.Health Question & Answer
