From my experience, I've found this to be absolutely true. I used to come down with sore throats, colds, and flus all the time until I read about one athlete who eats lots of oranges and has never fallen ill. I decided to try it myself recently and have not gotten sick for over a year now which is a personal best for me. I now eat oranges very regularly and am confident now that I will not get sick because of them. I am absolutely amazed at how effective they've been though results may vary from person to person. Give it a try!Health Question & Answer

Well, I don't know for sure. It probably depends on your general health. I have allergies, so I take Vit C 1000mg daily. I believe it helps me. I have had allergy attacks and didn't have any antihistamine. So I took lots of Vit C. It actually stopped the sneezing and runny nose. Whether it will be so obvious for you,I don't know. The only way to know is to test out the theory. It certainly couldn't hurt you! And if you don't get a cold.? Wow!Health Question & Answer
