Answers:
The best exercise to get the V shape is working shoulders and upper back. In regards to your back the best exercise is pull ups and lat pull down. In regards to your shoulders, to make them wider, the best exercise is lat raises and arnold shoulder press. These exercises will take care of your upper body. Now to work on your lower part. The best exercises is your core exercises such as bicycle ab workout and side ab raises. As your experience and your core get stronger, you can alternate your ab workout with leg raises. Even though you can work your abs all day long remember to eat healthy and do cardio at least three times a week.Health Question & Answer

All the exercise in the world is amplified when one does creative visualisation first. So before you get out of bed in the morning, in the sleep/waking state you imagine yourself to have the greatest v shape ever. Ignore whatever comes up to the contrary: that is negative mental programming which can be changed through techniques such as Theta healing, where beliefs around one's self concept that do not serve one towards achieving the desired ideal are pulled and replaced with the ones that will assist you to realise the ultimate goal. Then you will start to see faster results in the gym.Health Question & Answer
