Definitely call AMR. An EMT will give him activated charcoal to adsorb whatever he is overdosing on, unless it is an acid or alkali. But other than that, there is nothing you can do.

You should have him vomit immediately. It all depends though on what he took you may be able to counterattack the effects with something else.
