I started to have pain sunday night and went to the er on tuesday when the pain was so bad i wanted to die. They said i had kidney stones but it should pass on its own,but i had to follow up with the eurologist. (kidney doctor) I went to see him friday and he said I need to have surgery monday for this. It is stuck in the tube going from the kidney to the bladder. They are going to put a stent in there to open up the tube and then try and break it up with sound waves.? If you have had this how was it. also just over the last few hours when I pee it is burning,why is that going on nowHealth Question & Answer

I have had kidney stones for years. Once I had to have surgery for them and the rest of the time they passed on their own. The burning while you pee is probably a urinary tract infection caused by you not peeing as much as you should. Drink lots of water.Health Question & Answer
My cousin had Kidney stones and I remember the hell she went through with them.
Stay away from calcium for a while because they build the kidney stones.
The surgery sucks but it helps a lot.

Kidney stones have sharp edges and can cause irritation and infections occur.
