Is zinc more abundant in egg white or egg yolk?!

Question: Is zinc more abundant in egg white or egg yolk.?
Need to know because I am planning to remove egg yolks from my diet. I don't want to miss the zinc either though.Health Question & Answer

In the yolk. says:
"The yolk also contains more phosphorus, manganese, iron, iodine, copper, and calcium than the white, and it contains all of the zinc."

However, on the flip side, says that there is only 1.3 mg of Zinc per 100 g of whole eggs, so that's not really all that much Zinc that you'd be missing. You'd probably be better off just taking a supplemental Zinc if you need more Zinc. Good luck!Health Question & Answer
