After an hour of eating...soup, salad and 2 cokes. Is 81 a good number.? I am not diabetic I just wondered what it would be after an hour.Health Question & Answer

thats a little low, you need to check it in the morning fasting and see what it is. It's not uncommon to have a 120-150 blood sugar after eating a large meal like that if you are a non-diabetic. Fasting should be less than 90Health Question & Answer
