Hi,

Drink more water!

Yes it can work, if you are a little dehydrated, the skin is used to get rid of toxins, it sort of acts like a 3rd kidney, that you can sweat away some toxins.

If you eat a lot of chocolate, or drink a lot of soft drinks, try cutting back on them, and see if your skin starts to clear up.

You might be allergic to something. You can also clean your face like 10 times a day with plain water, this will remove some oil each time.

Do you soak in a bathtub about once a week.? It will open the pores, and allow them to dump out any excess oils. This sometimes will clear up your skin, as all the pores will be able to get rid of the oils from your body.

Excessive use of moisturizers can cause more oil to build up. also harsh soaps can cause the skin to think it is dry, and produce more oils. That is why rinsing with water, and dry with a towel works better than washing with soap and water each time.Health Question & Answer
