Alright, so I have a great site where I bought a book for my friend. The unique thing about this book is that a) it is designed to take grocery shopping. Which means it contains names of products like kraft um...haha well that's all I can think of but it's got product names, anyway b)it is small enough to fit into your purse so you can take it anywhere. My friend takes it everywhere so whenever she is somewhere she can make sure the food she is buying is one hundred percent gluten free. Well, I hope you like the book. It used to be that you needed to go to a specialty store to find these things. I know that the Whole Foods near me has a good selection. And there are many Gluten Free products out there now. Even in the average grocery store, I am starting to see more and more products labeled Gluten Free and/or Casein Free (casein has to do with dairy). Google it. There are loads of sites that have big long lists of which specific products are Gluten Free. amazon.com also has some.
