Can too much bubble gum cause cancer?!

Question: Can too much bubble gum cause cancer.?
some say yes and some say no.what is the correct answer-yes or no.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
In THEORY it can, but practically, no link has been found between chewing gum and cancer.

In theory, how could it cause cancer.? Well, to cut a LONG story short, chewing causes increase in stomach acidity, which in turns causes degradation and wearing of stomach lining and other parts of the digestive system, which in turns causes cell division to increase to repair the lining of the digestive system. Any problems with this division COULD cause cancer to develop.

Highly unlikely, don't worry about it. My fav is blackcurrant gum, sugar free of course.Health Question & Answer

It reallly DEPENDS on what kid of gum your chewing
if u chew sugar gum than your all right
but if you chew sugar free gum or drink diet sodas they both contain an ingredient called aspartame. There is a debate about this ingredient but its been known to cause mental illness and obesity. While its still not proven its also believed that it can cause cancerHealth Question & Answer

but as time goes on and the more research that is done - seems too much of anything will give you cancer. Moderation is the key - including moderately chewing bubble gum.Health Question & Answer
