What's wrong with him? im so worried; please open?!

Question: What's wrong with him.? im so worried; please open.?
okay so about a week ago [like thursday or friday of last week] my friend noticed a weird rash on his leg. it looked kind of like an ant bite, so he disregarded it. a couple hours, days, idk later, he looked again and it wasnt there ..... it was on his other leg :o. so when he came to school today, he showed one of his friends, and it wasnt on his other leg anymore, it was on the upper left side of his back ! when came to see it, it was on the right ! then around 20 minutes before the class ended, it was HUGEE and ran down his right side. like from right below his pit to the beginning of his hip. it was red, red, red with like a white things on top. like an ant bite, except i know its not because its moving ! he has no bite on his body told me it itches and hurts. when he scratches it, it leaves scratch marks as if he got scratched by the tip of a sharp edge. it also has the bumbs of a rash from an allegergic reaction. but its not a mosquito bite, ant bite or allergies because its MOVING. and he isnt allergic to anything or hasnt gottten bit by anything.

does this sound familiar .? is he gunna be okay.?

a piece of the article...

What does the rash of urticaria look like.?
The rash can affect any area of skin. Small raised areas called weals develop on the skin. The weals look like mild blisters and are itchy. Each weal is white or red and is usually surrounded by a small red area of skin which is called a flare. The weals are commonly 1-2 cm across but can vary in size. There may be just a few but sometimes many develop over various parts of the body. Sometimes weals that are next to each other join together to form larger ones. The weals can be any shape but are often circular.

As a weal fades, the surrounding flare remains for a while. This makes the affected area of skin look blotchy and red. The blotches then fade gradually and the skin returns to normal. Each weal usually lasts less than 24 hours. However, as some fade away, others may appear. It can then seem as if the rash is moving around the body. The rash may clear completely only to return a few hours or days later.Health Question & Answer

I am not a doctor but I am a nursing student. One thing that is a possibility is a allergic reaction to a bug bite. Just because you didn't see the bite doesn't mean its not there. Secondly, if it is a bug bite and he is allergic i would recommend taking him to the hospital asap. This is all a guess because i haven't seen the rash so I cant answer the question exactly. I hope I helped.Health Question & Answer
