Sometimes people will get random pains and aches but they dont necessarily feel they have a heart problem.
I have a blocked artery (that has been bypassed) and I never said to myself "oh I have a pain in my chest, that must be a blocked blood vessel"...
The blood can often find another way around the blockage too which is why our bodies are so brilliant in design.
