yes, at least a month before you go!
take meds for:malaria(no vaccine)
vaccines for:diphtheria,dengue fever,yellow fever.
i an think of any other vaccines,if you eat the local food,be very careful.
maybe even get the vaccine for Hepatitis A+B.
