I'd stick to a multivitamin with iron and eating iron rich foods.
Red Meat, Green Veggies - and making sure k is part of the vitamins...

You can try it, but if you've had them always, then you probably just have thin skin under your eyes genetically. I have that problem as well, and all I can do about it is under-eye concealer. Good luck!Health Question & Answer
