Question: Help! Sore Swollen Feet.?

I went walking with the dog the as usual, but there were alot of midges at the park.. I felt them nipping but i didnt feel pain.. The next morning my feet began to hurt alot and swell and i began to get bubbles with water in them.. They hurt alot, what can i do in the mean time to reduce the swelling .?Health Question & Answer

I don't know what midges are (mosquitoes perhaps) but a soak in epsom or sea salts should reduce the swelling and cortisone cream should reduce the itching and help healing..Health Question & Answer
