If you place your right thumb on top of the hip bone and stretch your fingers out so that your little finger touches the tip of your thigh.. Stretch out your index inger and that is your Illiac Fossa.. Press down here, if it hurts........I mean really hurts then appendicitis is a real possibility..

really with any pain in your right side its just safest to go to the doctor and get it checked out..
