im writting something and i need to know the way a doctor would speak....The patient witnessed something that really shocked him causing him something with his nerves which leads to amnesia..

A mad person can't be told that he is mad..
A person with amnesia need not be told of his condition..These people can't help themselves..Counselling of patient's relatives done in these situations - keeping in mind all his family backgrounds - best possible ways to help the patient out..
