drink lots of water. try getting into the sun less or use sun lotion and avoid all the greasy lotion, they clog up pores faster. try opening your pores with steam, suggest putting your face over after boiling water then wash your face with soap. just use hands and soap, avoid friction. AND DON'T PICK YOUR FACE.
