honestly u can get it form just being around people that have it. u dont have to be kissing anyone or sharing anything with them..i guess its spread just like a flu because i got it last year ( and i wasnt kissing anybody )and thats just because another girl at my school had it and was coughing and **** in the hallwayHealth Question & Answer
