Question: How do i get rid of these pimples.?

I am over 30 and for the first time in my life i have pimples, i never went through them during puberty and my facial skin has always been smooth until october last year.
There has been no change in my diet, it`s not stress because i have been more stressed than this , i have tried creams, am drinking more water, really cut down on fat and working out but i have these pimples.I have been to two doctors and a dermatologist but nothing.You can give me home remedies, scientific, traditional am open to anything now.They first started around lips and now they have spread all over my face.

use a mild soap before you go to bed, just splash some cold water on to your face with the soap, do not rub hardcore now, just nice and smooth. After you get a good amount of the water off of your face pat your face dry with a towel. Doing this doesn't "smear" all of the oils around, just keep y our hands out of your face.
