My suggestions are to go right back to basics and see if you have changed anything. Even put on a new item.
I use aloe vera gel to repair the skin or anti-histamine powder, don't know which country you are in but I am in the UK and buy it from Spain.

Sounds like contact dermatitis. Could be a reaction to laundry detergent/fabric softener, soaps, body washes, shampoos, lotions.........you name it! Especially if you've changed anything lately.
