I am an epileptic, and know about triggers to epileptic seizures. But I don't know everything,so don't think we all do. Every epileptic is different. We all have different "triggers" that can set off seizures. Some that are common with all epileptics are flashing lights or even flickering lights, not getting proper sleep and not eating properly, not taking medication or not taking it regularly. Sleep, eating properly, and taking medication on time and regularly can cut down on seizures immensely. also, alcohol and drugs can interfere with medication and cause you to have seizures.
Your fears of the symptoms you are having causing seizures seems to be worse than the symptoms and could be causing them. It sounds to me like you were diagnosed just recently with epilepsy and now you become afraid every time you have a weird feeling that you can't explain. Don't worry so much. If you haven't had a seizure from them by now, you probably won't. But you can get seizures from severe stress, so find a way to protect yourself from it. The only things that really hurt are the damn headaches afterwards. Good luck and stress down. You're only hurting yourself if you don't.Health Question & Answer

The twitching and inability to focus, and the lack of appetite seems to me more like you're getting mild panic attacks. I could be wrong though, you probably want to go to a doctor.Health Question & Answer

Not to worry!! When your body gets overly tired your muscles twitch due to muscle fatigue. Once you get enough rest you will notice they will go away. also if you are stressed muscle spasms may also occur. Dont worry they will go away too!Health Question & Answer

does your family have a history of seizures.?
do you have a medical condition that could cause seizures.?
have you ever had one before.?

if not, i wouldn't worry too much
