Question: What can help the acne on the back of shoulders.?
It's so fustrating to have acne. I'm 21 and I thought it would have been gone by now. I get occasional breakouts on my face, but they are barely noticeable and really don't bother me that much. But I break out on my back, mostly by my shoulder blades and it's really just a self esteem downer. I don't even wear tank tops because of it.
Are there any products out there that actually work.? What about any suggestions in the shower.?

I wash my hair with castille soap and rinse with vinegar, and it doesn't leave residue on your back and shoulders, and vinegar helps prevent pimples and dandruff. If that doesn't help, try buying panoxyl bar or sulfur soap to use on your shoulders and back.Health Question & Answer
