It is not spread by sexual contact but it is spread by coughing and touching infected places. If you are close enough for sex then he is probably breathing on you and you are probably touching his hands which he has coughed on. I would go get tested for TB. If he's still being treated it means the TB is still active and can still be passed to you. TB is not a nice bacteria and sometimes it doesn't stay in your lungs.
