Question: Is it true "PORK REINS" can cause SLEEP WALKING.?
This may seem silly, but i remember seeing it on a "HEY ARNOLD" episode on NICKELODEON where helga was sleepwalking to Arnold's house confessing her love, And come to find out it was because of pork reins she was eating. Anyways, I think if you eat junk food or anything high in fat, sodium or sugar, you have higher chances of sleepwalking and strange/lucid(Lucid means a dream you can control yourself) dreams and/or nightmares.
