A hangover & being sick?!


Question: A hangover & being sick.?
is not the best combination in the world. my head hurts, my throat hurts, my knee hurts, my nose is stuffy, i feel hot and cold, watery eyes, real sleepy but cant sleep, & worst of all i got school tomorrow.

what can i do.? i need 2 sleep cuz i have school tomorrow; & i also do not wanna feel like this. any cures.? please help :)Health Question & Answer

well try to take a nap even though you can't sleep.... i had that once and all you gotta do it lay on your bed or couch and watch t.v. then just close your eyes and dont think about anything else and sleep :) hope it works feel better!Health Question & Answer

Drink a lot of water. Not all in one go of course but continue to drink water. I cant really suggest anything else. WATERRRRR!Health Question & Answer

Drink a lot of water and anything with vitamin C. A great hangover remedy is Spicy Korean soup...but if you can't handle spicy, go with some advil and rest as much as possible.
