Question: I suffer from OCD & ....?

I suffer from OCD. I have been on Paxil and Fluoxetine, but I am feeling the need to wash my hands regulary. I've put a lock on my bathroom door to prevent this and I am trying to eat solids, but I am feeling the need to be sick once the substance hits my lips.
Any help from other sufferers .?
