Question: I keep getting thrush( not in my mouth) every few weeks , can't use canisine cream,don,t wash with soap .?

i used to get this too. i dont know if you are on birth control or not but i went on birth control so i could completley stop my period and that helped. it seemed that i was getting them because of my period (maybe hormones or allergies to sanitary products, who knows) but anyways, its worked perfect for me. the other thing i do is take garlic pills when i feel i might be getting one. this always works for me. hope this helps. P.S. you probably need to make some life style changes. i bet your stressed and not sleeping or excersizing enough. i recommend excersize and lots of water along with yogurt every morning with breakfast.Health Question & Answer
Canestan is only for short term anyway, I suggest you wear cotton underwear or nothing around your home, stay away from tight jeans for awhile and eat well, and drink more water, believe it or not the food you eat can change the acidity in the vagina, restrict sugar intake and wheat based foods. if you wear tampons dip them in plain yohgurt and insert for 30 mins to relieve the ph imbalance and for relief.Health Question & Answer
