Why can't some people make insulin?!
Question: Why can't some people make insulin.?
I know type 1 diabtes people need it, but why do they need it. Why are some people born with it and not others.? What is your scientific reasoning on this.?Health Question & Answer

The cells that produce insulin in the pancreas do not work in someone with type 1 diabetes. The cells are dead and do no regenerate.

the reason is that people with type 1 need insulin because their pancreas is more damage than type 2 that why they dont need insulin just pilles.Health Question & Answer
