If monitors in the grocery store &/or pharmacy are giving a high reading when it checked your blood pressure, it might not be true but it is worth checking it out. You can usually go to your local fire station and ask one of them to check your blood pressure a few times a week. If it's consistantly high -then it is time to see a physician.
