it sounds like a pulled muscle to me.get it checked though by your doctor.cancer is usually painful in the last stages and i really dont think thats what it is so stop worrying hun.Health Question & Answer
In view of your description it's very unlikely to be cancer - more likely to be inflammation, possibly infection. Get it checked anyway.Health Question & Answer
