Sores on the inside of my nose?!
Question: Sores on the inside of my nose.?
Every once in a while I will get a sore in my nose, which will eventually develop into a scab - no its not from picking my nose or doing drugs or any other smart-aleck remark you can think of.
It tends to happen when the weather gets colder... I live in southwest Va. where the elevation is ~2200 ft. Are there any kind of treatments or anything you could recommend.? Health Question & Answer

This is actually very common. I used to get it on ski trips until a friend of mine told me how to avoid it. Really cold air is very dry. That's what causes the problem.
This might sound weird, and it's going to tickle like hell when you do it, but it will fix you up.
When you plan on going outside, dip a clean q-tip into vaseline. Don't goober a big blob, you just need a bit. Stick it up in your nose and swirl it the best you can as far up as you can. Do both sides. You won't need it each time you go in and out if it's off and on all day, but experiment until the problem is solved.
You'll get used to the tickle somewhat but it will always make your eyes water and cause some sneezing. It's worth it not to have nose bleeds though.

I get those too.
It's the dry air- use a humidifier and they'll go away and stop coming back.
