I would say your best bet is to use vitamin E on scars and tea tree oil on open cuts/blemishes/infections etc. For the Vitamin E take a pin and poke a capsule and use the gel straight from there that is the best way. Wash your hands in warm water with soap so they are clean and use your fingers to place the gel on certain spots. For the tea tree oil a q-tip is a better way to put it on individual spots, also limit the use of tea tree oil only when necessary its very strong! Wash your hand thoroughly even if you used a q-tip just t be sure! Hope this helped! :)Health Question & Answer

As for the tea tree, you should dilute it with some water, it is very strong. I would use this sparingly.
I would suggest using 100% pure glycerin soap,rinse with cool water, pat dry and as an astringent use "witch hazel" it is cheaper then tea tree and is just as good.
