Why can't I eat dairy products or gluten?!
Question: Why can't I eat dairy products or gluten.?
I'm not dairy allergic, lactose intolerant nor celiac since I've been thoroughly tested. When I ingest these products I get irritable bowel symptoms. Health Question & Answer

It's entirely possible you could still have celiac sprue or lactose intolerance, since sometimes the tests have a high rate of false negatives. I knew someone who suffered with celiac disease for years and didn't know it because the tests didn't detect anything. She found it out by accident when she went to a wheat-allergic friend's house for a week.Health Question & Answer
it can depend on the amount of lactose your ingesting with milk etc. Cheese doesn't cause bowel problems because they are low in lactose eat yogurt regularly and this will help. If you're not really active your body might be having a hard time breaking them down. cut down on gluten and try eating yogurt with active bacteria as it will help your body break down lactoseHealth Question & Answer
