My nose is stuffed from allergies to Ragweed!

sleep with your pillows propped up, so your in a semi sitting position and if possible use the air conditioning. fans will whip up dust in the room and make things worse. blow your nose every now and then, too.Health Question & Answer
Don't get those nasal sprays and drugs. They damage your nasal tissues and your body will suffer greatly for it. The best thing is get some "Breathe Right" strips. You put them on your nose and it will open up the air way beautifully. They are cheap and work great.

This works..
When my g'kids came home from the hospital yes... they came to my house..along with the parents.. they were premature.. and had breathing problems..
so I put them in the car seat.. which propped them up..
they would sleep all night..
then as they got older.. I got a pillow.. just by luck,, from Thrift Town.. that was thick, but made like a triangle..
I laid them on it.. in the baby bed.. and they slept all night..
so get some firm pillows.. prop ur self up.. and sleep at night..
so medicine would help..

blow ur nose. prop up on pillows. another thing it sounds weird, but helps A LOT. Getvix vapor rub, if you dont have that, get an orange or lemon. (oranges wrk better). cut the orange in half and smell that. the acid will help clear ur nose. hope u feel better!Health Question & Answer
Got a humidifier.? If not, try steaming your nose. If anything you will sleep with your mouth open. You body funtions are amazing when you sleep.Health Question & Answer
I would recommend Allegra-D or something like that. Its an over the counter product that helped my out a lot. It also has a decongestant that will help you sleep better. Health Question & Answer
