Both. I used to have eczema when I was very young but grew out of it. Unfortunately it's one of those skin conditions that you can develop at any time in your life, much the same as allergies. Fortunately most forms of eczema are mild & can be managed easily by inexpensive over the counter creams/ salves /ointments. If it's more severe, see a Dermatologist, there are a lot of options so don't lose hope!Health Question & Answer
i think if you've got it you've got it. i suffer with eczema myself but mine is mild and pops up when im stressed. then i have a steroid cream to sooth it and antihistamines work a treat as well.
