Help with sweaty palms?!
Question: Help with sweaty palms.?
my palms sweat all the time, even when i'm not nervous or excited or anything. they sweat in the middle of class, at parties, even right now while i am typing this. ALL THE TIME! it bugs me because i am afraid to hold hands with guys. what can I do that is pretty cheap and doesn't involve surgery.? please help!Health Question & Answer

I feel your pain. I have sweaty palms too and it's really irritating, especially when i smudge whatever I'm writing in an exam.

Yeah.
I think it might be hand cream.
Or maybe just cream in general.
I put stuff on my face cos otherwise it just cracks up.
And obviously I use my hands to apply.
