Question: How do I get rid of this..?

I have this really bad scab/rash on the bottom of my nose. DOes anyone know what kind of cream I can get to remove it. I got it because I had a cold and then whenever I blow my nose I get a rash underneatha and now I have a scab. It is really unattractive and i hate it. Health Question & Answer
