Is it just man-flu or something worse?!


Question: Is it just man-flu or something worse.?
I have had these flu like conditions for well over a week. Whenever my lemsip, or cheap ASDA alternative, stops working I have a high fever. My throat feels swollen making it painfull to swallow even liquids. I feel very tired, I'm sleeping 9-11hrs a night instead of my normal 7-8hrs.

Should I just enjoy my first day off in 7 days tomorrow with lemsip and orange juice or go to GP.?

Answers:
Paracetamol with lemon, honey and hot water drinks are more effective. It sounds as though you have a virus which should go in the next few days, if your symptoms worsen see the GP, otherwise keep hydrated and take it easy. I wish you better soon. :0)Health Question & Answer
