Answers:
impossible to tell you based on the limited information, and without seeing the skin lesions.
some ideas to consider:
1. chiggers (because you say the bites are limited to her legs)
2. scabies (but within a few days would have spread to the entire body, especially hands, genitals, underarms)
3. staph boils -- very common, and look like pimples or small abscesses.
please note that when you are symptomatic from chigger bites, the tiny mites are no longer on your skin - no treatment is necessary. scabies is easily treated with a single application of permethrin cream. And staph boil disease is also very very easily managed in a single office visit.
but you'll have to get her to a doc if you want some definite answers. No one can do a complete exam and complete history over the internet.Health Question & Answer
