Bug bites spread by itching?!

I have light pink bumps on my arm that itch alot, i thought they were just flea bites because they were tiny and i have cats who have fleas. I had about 10 at first, but as I started to scratch that area, more and more pink bumps started grow... almost as if it was spreading in the places i scratch. Most of them are oval shaped and grow in "clumps." Is this a rash or am i allergic to bug/flea bites.? The weird part is that i do not have any bites where my arm hair grow (not talking about arm pit hair).Health Question & Answer
