Question: Is there anyone out there who lives with chronic pain.?

I live with chronic back pain....I have to stretch daily and do back exercises. I also take vitamins. When the pain is really bad i have to get an antiflamatory and Pain meds to cope with it.
Chronic pain is the worste thing ever. Try to get on a daily scheduale it does help.Health Question & Answer
It depends a lot on the source, but a combination of meds and pharmaceutical grade dietary supplements controls it best for me.Health Question & Answer
