Question: Needing some help with hard lumps that form on my face.?
Within the past 6 months, I've been getting odd lumps on my face. They are painful when starting to form (usually for 3 days) and last about a week. There's no discoloration to them and are about half the size of a mosquito bite, but stay under the surface of the skin, forming no head. Whenever I try and squeeze or prick them, nothing comes out. So, far, I've had about 10 and right now I have one just under my eyebrow, but they usually form around my jawline and chin. I'm not on any kind of medication or drugs, but I am under a lot of stress. I do wear liquid foundation and smoke as well. Can anyone give me some ideas on what they could be.?Health Question & Answer

my husband gets these and they are a type of cyst and they can be caused from stress....get rid of the foundation it will make them worse and so will smoking because they're also caused by what you put into your body....don't eat greasy foods and use oil free makeup (not foundation) and drink alot of water....if you drink pop drink diet and wash your face with ivory soap and don't use moisturizing soaps...hope this helps!Health Question & Answer
