Question: Question about boils.?
I get boils all the time, and sometimes in the worst places! Do you know if there is anything that can be done about them without going to a doctor that will make them go away.? Thank you!Health Question & Answer

I had the same problem. I would get them under my armpits, butt cheeks, and between my legs, basically anywhere that it is warm. After going to numerous doctor visits they finely busted one of them and sent a culture to the lab and it tested positive for M.R.S.A, which basically is a resistant staph infection. Go to the doctor, and they'll prescribe you probably Cipro because all the other antibiotics are resistant. And always use a antibacterial bath soap like Dial. I hope this hopes because I know how painful they are. Good luck.Health Question & Answer
Boils are skin abscesses that are often caused by staph infections. Try washing the area with antibacterial soap as apparently it keeps bacteria off the skin and reduces the chances of a boil.
If a boil forms, use hot compresses or soaks and eventually they will come to a head and break. Health Question & Answer
