My palms are starting to get a little sweaty whenever I hold stuff. I wouldn't call it a medical problem yet, but is there any way to minimize the sweat without buying any products.? Health Question & Answer

Wash your hands in hot water in the morning, then put a clear anti-perspirant on the palms of your hands, and rub them together as if you were putting lotion on. Make sure its an anti-perspirant, not just a deodorant. Health Question & Answer
Well, if you have any talc or baby powder, put a small amount on your hand, and rub it in really well, just enough to keep them dry, but not enough to leave residue on everything.Health Question & Answer
