Some foods help with the immune system such as apples, oranges,leafy greens broccoli, cantaloupe,brown rice, and olive oils,veggies,beans,fish and poultry. Stay away from high fats such as deserts all kinds.A high intake will guarantee a decline in the immune system.Cut back on red meats and dairy foods such as eggs whole milk cheese etc.etc, these contain fats that are harder to digest and makes the body work harder in doing so.Plus will also decline the immune system.Take garlic, drink green teas and black teas. Walk 4 times a week or jog is better if able this will also make the immune system stronger.For stronger immune system eat fish sardines,salmon,herring and others as well eat at least 2x a week or more you decide.Walnuts ,flax seeds, Zinc,Vitia me Call you can handle V-8 juice or tomato,vitamin E sunflower seeds !/4 cup will do a day packed with vitamin E !/4 cup almonds is also great.Brazil nuts also, Onions help with the active of the T cells (killer cells) the good cells we need to kill germs.this also helps with colds and cancer (onions).Yogurt also helps fight colds. Carotenoids increase T cells (good cells)
