FOOD ALLERGIES? DAIRY?!

Question: FOOD ALLERGIES.? DAIRY.?

I stopped drinking hormone/antibiotic/nasty stuff laden milk and my eyes don't get blurry after a day of looking at a computer screen anymore. I didn't do it for that reason. Did it more for health but noticed it. So of course I drank milk (organic this time) for two days and the blurriness came back.

Has anyone else noticed small changes after giving up a certain food.?

It is a bit unusual for milk allergy to show up in your vision. It would be more likely to cause a swelling of the tissue in the eyelid. Or intestinal distress..Health Question & Answer
