your not dying that's how i started and they took blood test normal and everything i have anxiety and stress panic attacks, but you need to go to the doctor and they just hit me out of no where you be ok go to the doctor im taking xanax for meds, now you may wanna check make sure everything is ok now relax try to take big breaths or just go the er hope you better and get everything fix ) Health Question & Answer
