If neither person has any STDs, they can't get STDs from having sex with each other. However, one of them could have gotten HIV from sharing needles for drug use, even if they had never had sex.
There are often no symptoms of HIV. The only way to know for sure if you are infected is to get tested.Health Question & Answer

If the other person had no other source of contamination like sharing needles with an infected person or from being born with it. There is even a chance (minimal these days) that you could get it through a tattoo. However most tattoo parlors (not all) make sure they are clean and sanitary. Another minimal chance is through a blood transfusion. However if none of these apply and they for sure do not have the disease, then you can not get it through sex with a virgin. Oh and obviously you can obtain it through sex, vaginal, oral, and anal. Still make sure a condom is used you don't want a baby. Oh and through breast milk. But all these scenarios pertain only if the person is infected.Health Question & Answer
Virgin or not, if you have HIV you will transmit it to your partner if you have unprotected sex. You can get pregnant the first time if it was unprotected. If you are going to have sex, ALWAYS HAVE PROTECTED SEX WITH A CONDOM (male or female kind) AND ALWAYS HAVE A BACK-UP PLAN.
