I have bad back acne how do i get rid of it quickly?!
Question: I have bad back acne how do i get rid of it quickly.?
Answers:
1. When you shower, make sure its the hottest water you can stand on your back and stay there with the hot water spraying on your back for about 5 or so minutes. Shower more than once a day.
2. Get some sunshine on your back. Take your shirt off and sit with your back to the sun for 20-30 minutes. UV rays kill the bacteria which causes acne flare ups.
3. Wear cotton breathable fabrics so your back doesnt get irritated. Cotton breathes and your skin loves it
4. Choose your body soap wisely. Use something with an antibacterial in it such as Dial or Safeguard.
5. Use a shower brush to scrub off old dead skin and oils back there.
6. Drink a lot of water, and stay away from beer, or pop because this makes acne worse. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and veggies and cut the fat way down in your diet.
7. If you have someone you are close to, have them examine your back and dab the pimples with alcohol swabs, and squeeze the big blackheads and pimples out. Always dab alcohol on whatever you squeeze out to kill bacteria.
8, Sleep without a shirt or pajama top on and make sure you get plenty of air to your back.

Well, since you can't reach all the way back there with some medication, there is no way to get rid of it quickly. Wear clothes that are a little looser, so that air can get to your body and get the sweat off it. This should keep your pores clearer. also, focus the shower head on your back when you shower, it should wash the grease off your back and stop pimples from forming. Health Question & Answer
I had it, it sucks. I wear 100% cotton shirts and shirts that are loose fitting. After that I started on the Zap That Zit Program and within a week the pimples were gone.
